CHEATING
Ive been with my girlfriend for over a year, weve only been going out for about 7 months tho.. About 4 or 5 of my friends hate her becaus ethey think she cheats on me (well used to think) Her ex boyfriend, who i know has told me she will cheat on me because she cheated on him...
I trust her with my life, and dont think she has ever cheated on me or ever will...
We tell each other we love each other (i do, and i know she does) and she says she could never cheat on me and this relationship is alot differentto her last one..
I love her and trust her beyond belief, but its hard having people aorund u thinking and telling me that she is or maybe has cheated on me...
What do you think??
Thanks

Re: CHEATING
Innocent until proven guilty. Enjoy what you have and worry about killing her if she actually cheats. Loss is a part of life and if it happens, it happens, time heals all wounds etc...etc...

Re: CHEATING
Yeah, it's all theoretical at this point. Worry about reality.

Re: CHEATING
Cheating is either something you do, or something you don't do. I say if she has in the past, it's bound to happen again.

Re: CHEATING
But it is completely possible to stop. I've cheated in past relationships, but not in my current one. She has to want to stop though. And there could be specific reasons she cheated in the last one, or she could just be scared of commitment. I know I was.

Re: CHEATING
If you trust her, then you should have nothing to worry about. But if shes cheated before you have to accept that it could happen again.
But im a firm believer that women are all a bunch of dirty liars with a hidden agenda to bring civilization to a halt using their catty female wiles. As such none of them should be trusted.
I might also be paranoid... There arent any females on here are there?

Re: CHEATING
Wow, she cheated once that you know of. What a whore. Seriously, your friends are idiots. Her ex is probably jealous.
If you sit there and think about the fact she might possibly cheat, then you'll get paranoid and start thinking small and petty things are huge and mean she's cheating, thus causing fights, tears and arguments.
Basically: Paranoia; not good.

Re: CHEATING
Alright for reals....never put your full trust in anyone or trust anyone with your life(unless they are a trained professional) its sounds horrible, but it will save you when you get older (you sound high school), if she cheats on you, you will know what to look for in girls in the future, don't go crazy and watch her every move, just look for signs, does she leave the room when someone calls? Does she get off the phone with you when someone calls? Life is hard, and high school sucks but you will be happy

Re: CHEATING
Why would your friends lie to you? and besides, if they think shes cheating on you, there more trustworthy cause there not blinded by love. Also love has different values for everyone.

Re: CHEATING
I tend to not talk to my friends about this sort of thing. I'm, generally, not interested in their opinion. Unless it's more than a suspicion or opinion, I'm not interested in hearing about it.
If you're concerned, then ask her about it.

Re: CHEATING
Errrm... The fact that you're questioning whether she is cheating on you really tells us something about your relationship. If you truley trusted her utterly and completely, this wouldn't even be playing on your mind. So, listen up kid...she needs to know how you feel and you need to find security within your relationship.
If you "love" her and she "loves" you... there shouldn't be any obstacles in your road, unless either of you dont mean it.
How old are you>?
