It sounds like you want to Reinvent Yourself.
Stay away from dairy products, meat, and high fat foods. Eat lots of carbs to gain energy, but don't eat too much wheat products or else you'll be on the john all day long. And start walking or riding your bike to school/work instead of driving and make it a habit.
