I'm 23 and I would like to date 16 year old girls. Problem is, today's society have labled this very normal dating between people under 18 and over 18 as taboo, even though the age difference is very small. In Canada, the age of consent is 16, so I wouldn't be breaking the law. But with all the negative TV shows today, many teenage girls have been brain washed to think it's wrong to date someone over 20. This is evident in many butts pages where the 16 year olds are calling people over 20 pedos and do not want to talk to them.

On dateline's "To Catch a Predator", alot of the guys who got caught are like 22 or 23 year olds.

In today's world, many people under 30 still act and look like teenagers. Once people hit puberty, it's really hard to tell how old they are until they get much older. So the generation gap is virtually non-existent.

Now the reason I prefer 16 year old girls over say 25 year old girls is simple. Many girls around 25 are already considering career and family, and the dating scene for them has became somewhat of a routine. Not to mention the prettier ones have been fucked by many guys over the years. 16 year old girls on the other hand are closer to my mindset, they just want to have fun and enjoy life, no worrying about the responsibilities of society. Alot of the 16 year old girls are very slutty anyway. And they should prefer guys over 20 because lets face it, most teenage boys are little brats who doesn't know how to treat a girl.



Not knowing any 16 year old girls (heck I don't know many girls at all), I wonder if my worries are true and if they will refuse to date a 23 year old or even think I'm perverted. Is anyone dating a much younger person or known someone who is?

They may or not refuse to date you, but I'd stay away from them anyway, on account of what everyone else around them is going to do. All it takes is one of her parents, or a friend, or whatever to start calling people and bring a whole shitstorm down on your head.

see, you're saying you want to date 16 year old girls. just in general, no girl in particular for any specific reason. it's not like there's this one girl you get along great with and want to date but her age just happens to get in the way. no, you just want to date any girl who's 16. that to me is pretty weird, because for some reason you have an odd fascination with that age. 23 is a little old, you're on completely different levels. i'm sorry, but that DOES sound pedo-ish.

edit: and by 23, your mindset definitely shouldn't be on par with a 16 year old's...ok, you want to have fun, they want to have fun...but you want completely different kinds of fun. find a fun 20something. they exist.

It's understandable, but sorry buddy you're gonna have to stick to today's standards if you want to stay out of jail. That's the reality of the situation.

Jail isn't fun especially for people deemed to be rapists even if it is just statutory rape.
