Firstly, this is not a moola.com invite thread!!... Do not ask for one here!!... If you want to request an invite, go to the other moola thread, I posted my e-mail address got got a speedy responce: http://tinyurl.com/lqb8v

Well I've been a member of moola.com for almost about 12 hours now. I've come to the conclusion that it is a stratigy game mixed with luck. You are very lucky of you get to level 10... A few hours ago, I got mad thinking, "If only these people would let me win, I would be an instant millionaire!"... Just stewing on the fact that if everybody just worked together you would be able to help people out.

So that got me thinking, what if we have a totse alliance? If we got only 50 - 100 people, I'm sure I could work out a promotional system that will give a lot of totseans a turn.

Think about it... If we had each others MSN/AIM/YAHOO address, knew each others username in moola.com, have an assinged person at totse to who was going to climb the moola ladder, we would make a lot of money between us all!!

How it would work:

1.) You got to the thread I make to see who we are going to let win.

2.) You pair up with a totsean... I will have on a database who is your first opponent is, your next opponent, and when you will loose.

3.) Assume we played the gold rush game. You communicate with your totsean opponent via messenger (if you've got a mic, great, if not... Just resize your IM window and browser fit on the same screen).

5.) Eventually, you will all have to loose because there can only be one winner, and that is the assigned person... Thus leaving only one winner... The one we assigned to be the winner in the first place..... Everybody who participates in this will be assigned to be a winner at some stage aswell.

I just wrote this plan up on the spur of the moment. This is only a rough draft... If you want to participate, just leave your e-mail address in this thread, or e-mail me at: nukleawinta[AT]gmail[DOT]com

Draw the e-mail subject to my attion (ie: ATTN: NuclearWinter)

I'm going to spend the next few hours drawing up a plan, and keeping you posted how many people we have.

Here is a flow chart of what it would look like: http://tinyurl.com/tqqfk

Only ours will be on a much larger scale. Pretend that those names are totse usernames. Each one of those people were scheduled to when to win and when to loose...

If you have any input to make this an even better plan, just leave a comment.

Each one of us could make THOUSANDS or MILLIONS if we do this right!!!!

Again, DO NOT ask for an invite to moola.com in this thread, do it in this one: http://tinyurl.com/lqb8v <- You WILL get an invite there, and you won't be flamed for asking

Edit: Added flow chart

Ye of little faith .

This is basically a system of communication and everyone knowing when to win, and when to loose. Keep in contact by a messenger, informing your opponent what your next move is, and they will tell you their next move.

Just think about it... It is crazy enough to work.

I bet they thought of this. Here's the thing about it. On the low levels, it is not hard to do this, but once you get up to lvl 20+, the people you are beating must also have gotten that high, and that will be ridiculously tough.

Last june people got much further along in the planning stage. I told them why it wouldn't work, they didn't believe me, and the thread grew hugely until some of them realized the minority opinion was correct. Basically, your just giving money to eachother and redistributing it evenly, bennefiting nobody.

That was my thread actually (I believe it was called 'A good Moola scheme'). It failed due to a huge lack of trust, participation, coordination and cooperation. Greed was also an issue. I had about 15-20 people willing to do it, 5 of which even held contact with me. Some other person started a seperate private (free) forum dedicated to this plan.

BELIEVE ME, it's not going to work! I tried it and ended up wasting a lot of valuable time. Sorry to burst your bubble, you seem to have put a lot of thought and time into this as I did. Just be glad I was the one to prove it wrong. Take my advice, or don't, and further prove this idea's impossibility. You've been warned.

What if we were to have board of 5 people, me at the top and another trusted totsean to collect, who is elected by the board? I can recruit people... I helped to build our &TOTSE whatpulse team to 236.

If we get 3 people to win, at least one person could be trusted... You could at least bank on I will be true to my word.

Edit: What is with all this untrust, anyway? If somebody does take the money it's only an hour or 2 out of your life, if that!...

D00ds, your strategy is actually fundamentally flawed. Moolah normally does exactly the same thing, only it chooses randomly. If you all go on it, no matter how organised it is, it will end up on average no better than you all just playing it normally and splitting any money made.

after millions and millions of games it is all consentrated into one persons account with a few thousand bucks.

but if we were to divide it all out again everyone would only get a few cents back.

This will never work. Even if you win "thousands of millions" you won't get it...do you think a site like that actually HAS the money? Nobody ever wins, it's just a gimmick. So this is pointless because:

a. The site will not allow you to make millions of dollars.

b. Even if you could make that much, they don't have the money.

c. Even if you could make that much, you would be the only person and they would find out you cheated.

So there's no way you'll get anything out of them.

The problem is not that people are untrustworthy, or that moola is a scam. Moola will payout whatever you win, and you could probably get a solid crew of people together. Really, the idea is impossible just by it's very nature.

The problem is that to make any money on moola, you have to take it from someone else, so if you give the money right back to the people you took it from (which would be the last step in the plan,) nobody gains any money. Think about the flowchart. If fred and company start on level 1, then fred will end with 8 cents on level 4, and everyone else will be back to the beggining. 8 cents/8 people in the plan=1 cent final profit for each person, exactly the amount of money they started with. Adding more people or starting on a higher level doesn't change anything, they just get the money they started with.

Moola is a brilliant idea because the company takes no risk at all. After they give someone the 1 cent, they dont care who wins who's money, because they already made their cash from the advertiser.

Before you dedicate time to proving the plan in reality, think about the theory behind the plan for a while. You will realize it can't work, and that devoting any time to it would be a waste. The only way to realistically make money on moola would be to automate dozens of accounts, which would be illegal and would probably fail, or to find a way to consistently win one of the games, which moola has purposely made impossible so that new players will experience some limited sucsess and keep playing. And thank you Magicalcanofsprite.

Actually, thanks to the restart feature that moola happily gives you, you can just..RESTART to gain back the original penny, along with the possibility of a bonus $1, or more.

Although, before you nooblets all run for your Microsoft word and trusty ol' paint for diagrams and flowcharts; this method would be slow and have a very small profit margin. It would be easier and more profitable to start your own website, and offer to sell ads to the companies and scam artists you see before signing up for moola.com at a lower rate.

I don't see this working. When you move a step up on the ladder, your money isn't doubled, you're simply claiming whatever money your opponent had bet. To make it to the four cent mark, you will have had to make it past the two cent mark and the one cent mark, which means that someone lost a penny seven three times, or lost a two cent game once and a one cent game once. See the pattern?

If a Totseian were to willfully lose a game to another Totseian, he would have to lose a penny at a time (unless he bets more money, in which case, a profit he will have made from someone else losing a game a penny at a time). I'm not saying that it is impossible, just way too painstaking to make it worth it.

For one person to make ten dollars, X people need to lose a collective 1,000 times. It's just lots of lost pennies moving around, never dollars.

When I played Moola I thought of recruiting Totse members to try something similar. After looking at what was happening, I reasoned that the only efficent way to win money with help was so submit money to people by losing. Basically, once someone has won a few dollars from other players, they donate it to the Totseian who is going to redeem the money.

Default Re: A moola.com stratigy - if we all work together we could all beat the system

I had a similar plan but it never involved giving the money back to those who helped but instead to bet against a random person. Take your flow chart for example, if Fred has a bunch of trustworthy people helping him and makes it to a very high level (easily with help) and then instead of giving money back, takes all the money and bets it on a match against someone else, Fred has somewhat of a chance of winning and doubling the money. If he wins, the money is given back to the helpers and the whole system starts again but starting on level 2.

This plan rides on the 50/50 shot that at the top of the pyramid, Fred will win. If he looses, the whole system crashes down and everybody cries.

It IS a gamble even if it is pulled off correctly and has limitations (you can only risk so much money because few people can even afford to play at the higher levels) but starting at a higher level will give you a better shot at gaining any money.

Another thing to consider with this plan is that the payoff will be very small at first (woopdy shit, 2 fucking sense) and humans by nature will most likely loose interest quickly.

Another plan i had is as follows: Fred is boosted up the tower with a little help from his friends and once he reaches a high level without risk (opponents loosing on purpose), he starts using the Martingale System http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martingale_(betting_system) with an initial bet on a low level (such as level 5, winning 18 cents every win, regardless of the number of loses), Fred can then slowly move up the tower and make money.

Drawbacks to this plan are:

-Slow! getting boosted up the tower is no problem but winning much money after that takes a lot of work and time.

-Payout! If Totseans are going to waste their time boosting Fred up the tower, they are going to want some type of payoff and Fred by himself using the Martingale System just cant make much money once it is divided among those who helped.

-Work! With this system, Fred will be doing most of the work once he is boosted and will probably want a bigger cut of the final profit which will no doubt lead to conflict.

-Risk! Though small, there is a chance that the Martingale System can fail. If Fred looses too many times in a row, he will suffer a large hit to his account balance.

-Trust! It is too easy for Fred to claim he lost all the money when he in fact did not. Right now, Moola has no way for its users to know other players account balances and finding someone trustworthy to act as Fred is key.

Sorry if this post is too long. Just something similar I thought about though I also looked at the drawbacks to each.

When you restart, Moola only lets you spin the bonus wheel SOMETIMES, not all the time. So the chance of you getting to spin the wheel, let alone landing on a big boost are slim to none.

I think it's possible, but we need to all work together. If someone falls out of line, we lose him. Simple. We need to filter players, as well as develop a system for making money. The goal ought not be jackpot, it should be to make all participants money. I don't think Moola ever expects anyone to win that Jackpot, will probably label it fraud.

They don't care if somebody wins the jackpot because once you have your penny, your just taking money from other players. Let's assume you make 3 cents for Moola every time you watch an ad and answer a question. Moola only has to give you a penny when you loose ALL your money. This occers far less often then somebody watching an as and answering a question (every game 2 people do it). So Moola makes a TON of money. Assuming they do not spend the money that SHOULD be going to its users to bet with, they will always be able to pay you.

That's how Al Qaeda works Let's use their structure.

Leadership that controls the cells, receives/distributes the $$$, and the cells each report on the level of each member. So we utilize this information to generate money.

"Fixing" games to maximize profits.

What's that? It would be cool to be apart of a pro group that does this, and also other things. Like with affiliate links, we each signup under eachother, work together to make money. Pipe dream? Maybe

Maybe even have a rank depending on how your score is in say..tetris lol

Even with the private option and assuming all members cooperate, there is still vital problem with you straetegy. The money in your plan comes entirely from within the system. So to make even just $100 you need 100,000 people in the system, which is not worth it at all considering the difficulty of coordination. This processed can be sped up if at the same time the people who "lose" get the free penny to create more winners. However that is just more work, and it's not worth it for merely $100.

65536 members * 0.01

32768 * 0.02 | 32768 * 0.01

16384*0.04| 16384* 0.01 + 32768* 0.01

16384*0.04| 24576* 0.02 + 24576 * 0.01

as you can see, this method is highly unpractical. What I meant was the money comes from within the system which contains all the members.

So it would be like

S E {65536 members}

and all the money comes from withing the set S. So S has to be very large to be able for you to make any significant amount of money. It's possible to do this only when you play against everybody else, which is the universal set. The universal set is very large and therefore you can win some money, but I doubt anyones going to continue playing after they reach like $100, they prolly just take the money instead of the risk.

I think that it might work. If we get enough players involved, we can infiltrate.

**Idea**

Ladder approach? A "booster" on each level, so that the guy we choose to win gets the prize. And then the next person's turn, and so forth.

For everyone else that is going to post trying to explain why this wont work, just quote this and save time. This will not work. Many people have told them it will not work, so let them waste their time on it, until they realize it wont work.
