500 x 60mg = 30 grams

300 x 60mg = 18 grams

200 x 60mg = 12 grams

100 x 60mg = 6 grams

if you wish to do nano reductions then red/iod is better...

the birch works best 50 grams and up..

you could do 12 if you really had to,,,but anything less than that and the loss % eats you
