Nothing. Well actually be glad to see them fucking conterfeit Mini-Thins sold at Gas stations by the register finally be removed and banned as they should be!! hehe....
Ephedra is of no concern.
Pseduoephedrine and ephedrine hydrochloride is the ones of usage in the as you put it:"homemade meth community" needs and uses.
It the homemade meth community won't even skip a beat come March 2004 when ephedra is banned form wasting up space.

not to sound all doom and gloom but, in the U.S. (at least on a state by state basis) there are heavy efforts by some to further restrict pseudo (lower limits, I.D. recording!, gotta ask the pharmacist, etc.) but the manufacturers are resisting (thankfully).
