H3PO3 from Fertilizer Q's..
Swim has a few questions about obtaining h3po3 from fertilizers.
What is the average pureity of it? Swim thinks he saw somewhere that it was 70%+?
How does someone go about finding out which bag contains the goods and which one doesnt?
When the correct bag is found, will the goods be just little crystalls that need to be picked out or will it be mixed in very well so some kind of solovent soak, filter, evap, or something along those line be needed?
Swim keeps looking for info, but it all talks about H3PO3 first, then say things like "Phosphite is a significant source of Phosphorus " And that this type of fertilzer contains Phosphite, is this still talking about the same thing?

Re: H3PO3 from Fertilizer Q's..
hi oz,
jam listed a couple of articles,,so did jade,,on what you ask...
there over in wet dreams in the dreamin in blue forum,,,i think..
wet d is down for a few hours but have a look when it comes back online.
not many of us can help you with what you ask as it isnt something many of us need so very few of us have done it...
if you carry through with it,,itd be nice for you to come back and write a thread on what you did,,mistakes you made,,and conclusions and results/yield you recieved.
good luck

Re: H3PO3 from Fertilizer Q's..
Well swims friend said that when useing LG H3PO3 the results were great, never got less than a 50% return, even when dreaming 1g, and never had a problem, even with the first time out, and it was the only way he ever tried it, with no hands on teaching.
When i find this info for swim, i'll post back on the findings and results of if he belived it was better to just ball up and order it and become a little paranoid or to get it from fertizer.

Re: H3PO3 from Fertilizer Q's..
Isn't H3PO3 watched by Big Brother? Swim is scared as hell of ordering any chemical. Anyone have opinions on the safety of ordering various chemicals?

Specifically H3PO3. Is it watched in the U.S.? Is there any way to find out whether it is safe to order it?

Special Surveillance List of Chemicals, Products, Materials and Equipment Used in the Clandestine Production of Controlled Substances or Listed Chemicals
Background
The Comprehensive Methamphetamine Control Act of 1996 (MCA) makes it unlawful for any person to distribute a laboratory supply to a person who uses, or attempts to use, that laboratory supply to manufacture a controlled substance or a listed chemical, with reckless disregard for the illegal uses to which such laboratory supply will be put. Individuals who violate this provision are subject to a civil penalty of not more than $25,000; businesses which violate this provision are subject to a civil penalty of not more than $250,000. The term "laboratory supply" is defined as "a listed chemical or any chemical, substance, or item on a special surveillance list published by the Attorney General, which contains chemicals, products, materials, or equipment used in the manufacture of controlled substances and listed chemicals."
Special Surveillance List
Chemicals
All listed chemicals as specified in 21 CFR § 1310.02 (a) or (b) or 21 U.S.C. § 802 (34) or (35). This includes all chemical mixtures and all over-the-counter (OTC) products and dietary supplements which contain a listed chemical, regardless of their dosage form or packaging and regardless of whether the chemical mixture, drug product or dietary supplement is exempt from regulatory controls.
Ammonia Gas
Ammonium Formate

Formamide
Formic Acid
Hypophosphorous Acid
Lithium Metal
Lithium Aluminum Hydride
Magnesium Metal (Turnings)
Mercuric Chloride
N-Methylformamide
Organomagnesium Halides (Grignard Reagents) (e.g., ethylmagnesium bromide and phenyl-magnesium bromide)

Trichlorotrifluoroethane (e.g., Freon 113)
Equipment
Hydrogenators
Tableting Machines
Encapsulating Machines
22 Liter Heating Mantels
Additional Information
The Special Surveillance List appeared as a Final Notice in the Federal Register on May 13, 1999. A Correction to the Final Notice appeared in the Federal Register on September 17, 1999.

Re: H3PO3 from Fertilizer Q's..
Ozkey, foliar spray is what you want.
Used for root rot and other things plently round in Oz.
It will need to contain aqueous di-potassium
phosphonate and mono-potassium phosphonate in the region of 400g/litre. swim has a stock pile but not extracted yet.method is simple and well known just Use The Fucken Search Engine for method.
