Does anyone have a link or anything where I could find the comparable opiate content of California Poppies?

Or am I mistaken? Are there no opiates in golden state poppies?

And how about growing store bought poppy seeds? Is this possible or plausible? Do they have opiate content in those dry seeds?

Yeah the only opiate poppy is Papave Somniferum/Opium Poppy.

You are better off not buying the store bought as the are Hungarian Blues the lowest of all strains in morphine and gang-alkoloid contents.

I'm really interested in looking into the stuff... not sure on growing. Need much more rural, less urban environment before I consider that.

Well I will tell you up front that eating them for a morphine high is a wild goose chase!!



I can produce a ton of opium off a mouthfull of seed.

Poppies in the pots is a wonderful way to easily grow you some without worry.

Trick is if you live in an apt. is to grow Oriental Poppies in seperate pots so as to make it look like a nice pretty flower show for all to see!!

They look so identical in apperance there is no way you could risk having cops bust down the door to "look at them poppies"!!



In my backyard I grow mine by the thousands and granted it's gets crazy come harvest time but my shit is camo'd by sunflowers/zinnias/you name it so it is actually hard to see the 5000+ popds until petals are pulled and Jam is scoring and sraping one by one until the job is done.

SWIM has some poppy experience; used to grow, will try again. right now (dead of winter) SWIM only has access to dried poppies which SWIM cooks down to opium for toking and Laudanum. SWIM has been getting a bit strung out on it of late because of intermitant access to bud. $50 cooks down to about 110gm. opium. SWIM cooks it w/ lots of lemon juice (might convert a tiny amount to H, and makes it taste better).

poppies are very hardy and easy to grow. remember, every part of the plant contains opium (except seeds, miniscule amount) so, cook it all.

SWIM wants to try extracting the morphine/codeine. the chems to use are calcium hydroxide, ammonium chloride and of course Hcl acid, right, or are there better choices? the remaining sludge does contain the alkaloids of lesser activity so, it can b saved for limited enjoyment.

SWIM has heard that the common european var. has about 10% morphine, the tasmanian var. can b double that! turkish giant is pretty high too.

Well you might say a_a Jam is a gardening man first and foremost.

This year or this past Falls' harvest I to my astonishment made first morphine hydrochloride then after some tinkering made diactylmorphine Hcl a.k.a. heroin.

And let me tell you man it was easy as pie!!

You must have chloroform/potassium permagenate/ethyl alcohol(moonshine/everclear will work)/slaked lime.

If you do and you can as they are easily able to get then you got but maybe a sunrise to sunset reduction ahead of you with casual stirrings here and there!! hehe....



Pure heroin is so potent it is truely unbelievable as is the high.



I quit Xanax and it was worse than heroin withdrawels I guarentee don't give a fuck what anybody says man!!
