UK here too. Is there much meth in the UK? I heard it was all cut up to shit, but I'm out of the country right now and just wondering if I'll be able to get any when I get back...

From various web-sources had surmised that UK shit is, well, shit - which led SWIM to ponder the question of homebrews. Allegedly.

UK chap here. The nick may give it away. Meth is definately about in the UK, and can be good. But you'll never hear it referred to socially as 'Meth'. When I get it, it's more a case of 'is it cut or not' and is labeled whizz, billy or speed, as is the shitty stuff. This may just be the area I live in (Essex) though. I've become adept at sniffing out the good stuff and have learnt from mistakes not to get ripped off. I aspire to produce so I can cut out dealers altogether and am nearing the initial production phase after much study. I'd be extremely enthusiastic to hear from any other dabblers in the UK. I've been lurking on these boards a good year and a half; posted a couple a long time ago, but had to open a new nick due to drug induced memory loss/emptying cache etc. Think my old nick was similar to this one ...Fuck knows.

SWIM has obtained good and bad shit over here in US - but nothing has been as good as the homebrew SWIM has assisted with in a dream. Not being around it at all in UK (been in US 7 years or so) SWIM was dreaming of pursuing the homebrew route to cut out the having to get to know 'people' and run the risk of getting ripped off etc etc

In a dream sometime SWIM has helped with a few birches, or just been around them... and so SWIM wondered if good ole' Miss Annie is found in same places in UK as the US. SWIM also present one time when Miss Annie was homebrewed which seemed to work well - allegedley. [SWIM thought the shit hit the spot anyway]. Depending on the situation with Miss Annie may follow up on RP.... SWIM just trying to do background/research right now... still in US currently anyways.

I'm yet to find a source of NH3 anywhere in the UK. Anyone?

Just got some fine quality Meth a minute ago. Never seem to get those big crystals I keep hearing about. Suppose I could recrystalise if I was that bothered. I know it's good shit though. Nothing else will keep me up for 2 days, engrossed in achieving a list of tasks that never stops growing; each more important than the last.

Sorry to hear about Miss A's lack of availablity in UK. Will continue to look into that - though I havent found anything definite on the net/web so far. I have some time before I am UK'side anyhow.

All is never lost - SWIM was in a dream once where Miss Annie was produced from ammonium nitrate feriliser, R.D Lye, water, a dry ice/acetone "cold bath" condenser (sorry for not using scientific terms, but it was a bit of a Beavis/Butthead set-up - worked though)...

just need to find out if Red Devil (or some other lye..?or lye substitute) is available in the UK...or even in France (can always take a day trip).

My efforts to date have been keeping an eye out for big tanks of it and scouring for chemical suppliers that will sell it. The problem is, unless I find somewhere to steal it from, there is nowhere I could put a fucking huge tank of it. The speed at which you can cook up a batch is what attracts me the most but the HI/P method is so far the most feasible.

sodium hydroxide,

500 gram tubs,

drain cleaner,

every hardware sells it,

look or ask for caustic soda,

check out the tub,

make sure it says,

sodium hydroxide 100%.........

Yeah mate. B&Q, Glynn Webb, Homebase all sell it cheap as chips. £1.60 for 500g ish.

Thanks for the Info - guess I have spent too long away from Queen & Country....become too Americanized. But then, if I hadnt been over here (US) for some time I probably would never have run into all this in the first place.

Had been trying to remember the UK version of Home Depot and ACE H'ware etc - but yes B & Q and I think there were also Texas Homestyles or something. If UK is like US, SWIM could probably get the muriatic there.....and any MEK, toulene, acetone etc..etc....

Guess some of this shit will just have to wait til I get my ass (arse) back over the pond again.
