Wow. Did a search on yahoo. Wonder what made me think of searching on yahoo? Hmmm.
I was looking for something. Something I thought MAYBE SOMEONE online has, and I wonder what I should type in the search box...
Pocket scale? Digital scale? Scale (Nah, too many fish references.) Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
They look to have good prices, browse the site.

Re: looking for a .001g scale
I seriouusly doubt that you'll find a new scale that accurate for $150, but you might find a used one. I think I saw a schematic for a milligram scale at the-hive once.

Re: looking for a .001g scale
look in the yellow pages under weights and scales,,
go there and buy a 1 gram and a 5 gram weight,,
then hit the second hand shops,,
check the scales with your known weights,so you know there not rooted,,
and buy the one you want as a cheap 2nd hand scales,,
but dont ever buy 2nd hand electronic scales without checking them with a known weight..
bad scales lead to gunfights

Re: looking for a .001g scale
first to wolffe69, i also did a search first, and i also looked at the link you provided long before you posted it, so fuck off.
to everyone else, thanks for the help, and if swim could get me that information it would be appreciated.
i know i definitely found a scale that was .001g for $150 because i remember it looking like the ones we use at school. (but the ones at school aren't calibrated and suck so aren't worth stealing).

Re: looking for a .001g scale
Look here arnold, all I was getting at was patience. If you searched for a scale as long as some of us search for, say the right dream, you wouldn't have had the need to ask.
Searching online isn't something you do for 5 minutes, then give up, and ask someone. I looked for about an hour for something, got frustrated, and smoked a cig, calmed down, and THEN searched more.
It wasn't till the next day did I actually come in here asking someone about something.
I WAS being a smart-ass, yes, but it's my nature. I was also being sarcastic, so get over it, and I'm glad someone could help you.
Now, if only my kno04 thread was finished, I'd gather the info, and delete the thread, lol

I don't think this post has to stay theoretical, scales aren't illegal.

Re: looking for a .001g scale
SWIM makes use of an old ammo reloading scale. good, cheap, accurate (too much powder gun go boom).
