Helping a friend with his first meth production, birch style, and yielded about

7 g's. It doesn't seem to have a quality taste, so I would like to find a way to clean it (in order to get out any impurites that it may contain). Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated?

dual solvent crystalization is one way..

another is

try dissolving 3 grams in 5ml of alcohol on a flat glass plate,,leave for 6 hours in a warm dry dark spot,,

now pour off the dark syrupy liquid from underneath the formed crystals,,if it wont pour,poke a 1mm dia hole on the side of the plate and pour it out from there,,all of it..

now allow the crystals on the plate to dry in front of a fan for an hour..

youll notice the difference..

or

wash it in dry acetone..

what kind of alcohol would you need to use?

and can you get me a run-down of the dual solvent procedure (or at least point me in the right direction)?

i use dried methanol as my alcohol,,

dried isopropyl is better..

add an oz to 250ml of methanol and stir till dissolved,,

evaporate the methanol till the first scale appears on top(itl be obvious),,

now add 5 ml of acetone or toluene,,

allow to cool for an hour,

fridge for an hour,

freezer for no less than 6 hours though 24 is better,,

youll see the crystals,,

so,,

drain out remaining liquid and place to side,,

allow crystals to dry with light fan over them in a dry dark spot,,3 hours..

now smoke em
