hey merry christmas one and all!!!

question for u - swim was given some info on cleaning up a cleaning f'up. however swim needs dry iso aoc. swims is 91%- dumb question i am sure but can anyone give a quick holler or how to dry this stuff for swim.

i take it the other 9%is water..

buy a kilo of epsom salts,,

spread it evenly in a baking dish,

bake for 3 hours at 300c,

allow to cool,

crumble into knuckle size pieces,

place about 2 small handfulls into the iso per litre,

shake and stir for 5 mins,

let sit for a couple of hours stirring occasionally.

filter out ALL epsom..

your iso is now dry..
