Why is it that go-go improves after a day or so after cookin' it up. Seem to SWIM that go-go straight from the filter doesn't get SWIM near a high as after waiting awhile. SWIM's thinks that it is still converting, or something to that effect, right after you gas it. Or maybe it kinda like wine where it improves with age. Could anyone else shed some light on this for confused SWIM?

I have heard some claim that it has a 24 hour curing process that it goes through, I don't beleive that much though, swims kicks ass right from the bat, or it was a shit batch, and have a few of those as well.

swim thought it was to do with the water molicual drying out of the meth causein it to be phsyco active?,,,, kinda like good bud, it can be dry, but still have water in the molicuals, thus if u keep good bud a month later it will be much better high cause it CURED?....swim knows weed is better a month after harvest if dryed good n stored in tupperware.but also knows chili right out of the chute is damn sweet and never really noticed a diff 24 hr's later, mabey due to lack off sleep. lolol

I have come to the same conclusion, though it's plenty potent str8 off the top...I have always noticed it got a little better after a few hours...espeacially annie. And I've always thought about the exact same "weed comparison",which is, by the way, scientifically sound, The THC molecule must shed its water molecule, before its "ready"...and I strongly suspect the same principals are at work. I also inadvertently learned that "Superior N" (niacin) which is 100% water soluable, extremely absorbent powder, at a 15-20% mix, (20% N/80% dope)acts a medium, providing instantaneous "completion".

Ironically, "cut" brings out the dope's full potential.

My "Superior N" days are long gone...Ain't touched a bottle in at least 2 years...(But if I was still fucking with that Annie hoe, I would still keep a bottle in my gear...and I'd still be "makin' dope better, with cut". But first, he must ask; when jumping the gun, is it runny (down the nose) with less bite than say if left alone to completely dry? By the way, curing for marijuana is not to "get a better high". THC is not gonna increase from curing (only decrease from decompisition). Curing processes are only done for taste, smell etc. Curing is done so chlorophyll and natural sugars and shit break down, giving a less harsh, better tasting smoke. You people need to pick up a grow guide and read it for once.

Also water does not have to shed water to be smokable. In fact unless marijuana is powdery dry, then it still contains water. The ideal percentage of water by weight for good smoke is around 10%.

Do not confuse this with decarboxylation, which THC goes through when heated to become active. A carboxyl group is COOH, when heated the hydrogen migrates to the nearest carbon, and the COO leaves as CO2 gas.
