Quickie
Swim was wondering what the best and most efficient way of determining purity. Ya see swim has two friends. He is torn between which friend is his best because one is much less expensive. The other seems a bit better as far as quality but swim doesnt know if its worth it.. He just wants to help his friends.

Re: Quickie
For a quickie, melt each of them in a clean pipe. Note how long it takes to melt, how fast it recrystallizes, and what color it is. Smoke it up, but don't overheat and burn it. Note the residue.
The one that takes the longest to melt, recrystallizes the fastest, and is the closest to clear; along with very little black "ringed" residue or least amount of brown residue, will be the one to pick.
You should not end up with a combination of these qualities. One should be a clear winner.
