Default post reaction problem

the meth was cooked a bit dirty,,but crystalized very clean,,the quenching water has taken X amount of ounces with it,,

for some reason,,the meth goes into a very basic solution,,

when you boil off the water and reclaim the meth,,add distilled water to the meth so it floats on the surface,, it wont titrate,,it goes to like a salt

the meth is already a base,,so should be soluble in hexane or toluene,,nope

there asking ,,can the meth be warmed and liquified,,added to hexane and whisked,,then gassed??
