Default Quick Question.

Swims friend has done 3- 3.5 hour reactions. Ratios were 1 part E, 1 part RP and 1.2 I2 to E. Cooked at 150 degrees. He keeps getting back Ephedrine. Any suggestions? Quick replies would be much appreciated since he goes to the library for I-net access.

Default Re: Quick Question.

Try increasing the heat gradually to say 190-210f during the last 45 minutes of the reaction.
