Lift up the couch or whatever and pour a lil on the carpet does it hold its color? If so dump some on the stain and hope it breaks the shit down. Repeat.

Hydrogen peroxide(3% H2O2) does a good job taking blood stains out of stuff, so that could work for cum too. If not, try mixing the H2O2 with isopropylalcohol(70% IPA).
