Re: help help HELP
Bill has only used 7%, but he says the grey goop is definitely your crystals. Flush this goop w/plenty of dh20, then pour off water. Do this 4 or 5 times. Then filter this goop if you can with the corner of a sheet, squeeze as hard as you can. Get all of the mositure out of this you can. Then put grey
matter(crystals) in 2 or 3 folded coffee filters inside of jar of dried epsom salts in a dark room as needed. You'll have to change coffee filters regular as they will
have remaining moisture in them. You will see
Also, these crystals are light sensitive

Re: help help HELP
Listen to bill and kman....they are right on. I would add, that in your jar that you decide to store it in....you can place some baked epsoms salt at the bottom of it. Then place your iodine crystals (wrapped in a filter)of course...in the jar.
Switrd's jar has a piece of brown paper bag cut to exact size, then wrapped around the jar....thus making light unable to enter.

Re: help help HELP
Swim puts his powdered MgSO4 in a twisted shut coffee filter and puts this in the bottom of the container, then the I2, then another twisted shut coffee filter of the powder on top. Waste not, want not.
