swiod says to buy 240mg sud's, then soak them (not crushed) in dry acetone for 15-20 minutes. After that you should be able rub the "skins" loose enough to pull them off of the pills w/ your fingernails. Next take the skinless pills and soak'em in dry`tone again, for just a minute or two-after that; with your fingernails again you should be able to crack and peel of the "shell" like layer off. Once the pill are skinless and shell-less, then crush and soak in denatured alcohol for about 6 hours or longer(swiod lets 'em soak overnight). Next, filter the dentrd/pill solution, then boil off with high heat initially and gradually lower the heat 'til you see the pin-wheels-then take off heat -let cool-scrape up the pin-wheels-filter the pin-wheel powder using ice cold distilled h20- Finally boil down the ice cold dh20 down to pin-wheels-scrape up and done.
