Default whats a good oxidizer?

I was wondering im anyone know sof any good oxidizers that would not make whatever they react with toxic. Like potassium permanganate or potassium dichromate. Im guessing that barium peroxide does not by any chance fit the bill? and hydrogen peroxide would just be too easy, any responses would be greatly appreciated.
