What are the differences between push/pull, nano?, and the one that cooks for days???

I don't really give a shit about the one method that require's a special op type mission on ol'mcdonald's farm just to steal some ammonia or what ever the hell it is.
Basically, what is the difference between the "slow" rp/i2 rxn and the "faster" rp/i2 rxn?

Nano is for smaller amounts(3 grams or less, I think). Balloon takes the place of the two push pull tanks in the push pull method. Slower is more water and less temperature.
