No, Wally doesn't sell Varnish Makers & Painters Naptha. It can be found at "the highest card in the deck" and "Rome Fleepo". Even "Hoes" carries it. It is used quite often because it thins shellac. It is also used to thin concrete and ceramic tile coatings.

thats odd where SWIM is wally sells VM&P naptha. 2.97 a quart

I've never seen VM&P at Wallies, and the cans i've seen don't have any other ingredients in them. The can should say VM&P naptha on it.
