monkey'in with PH via sulfuric acid for A/B extract
SWIM ran outta the devil's soda, has some 93%-97% sulfuric acid handy and was wondering about pulling off an A/B p-fed xtraction with the acid to meddle with the PH level so the p-fed was nice and accessible? is swim going to taint the P-fed or anything "funny" with the acid?

Re: monkey'in with PH via sulfuric acid for A/B extract
I am puzzled. Perhaps I don't understand what you intend to do. I will explain my confusion and maybe that will help.
You have run out of "devil's soda". Am I assuming correctly that this is NaOH, lye?You instead have conc. sulfuric acid. It appears as if you wish to substitute one for the other.
If this is all true, then absolutely not. Sodium hydroxide is a strong base. It will increase the pH. Sulfuric acid is a strong acid. It will lower the pH. Adding sulfuric acid to an A/B with pseudo in the form of a hcl won't do what you need it to. I don't know what it will do, but it won't convert it into the freebase.
