swivey lives in australia .. now i know most people ere are from the US and chemicals and solvents and matchbook brands discused in this forum are US.. Swiveys question is : do any of you australians out there wanna share some brand names for chemicals solvents or matches that are the equivilant.

example : red heads matches? .. ive seen some posts saying there is no red phosphorus in them? .. if not are there alternative?

Sudafed – Australian brand has a different formula to American? .. pill extraction techniques discussed here work? Any other Australian brands of tablet that can be used? .. ie. Amcal brand etc?

matches dont have an ingredients label .. sucks ey??

harlequin, you seem kinda cool. I'll see if I can help ya any right quick. OK, matches. Switrd has me go get matches for him quite often. He prefers the winston or the camel brand. They seem to come clean easier with less glue and such. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that any brand of matchbook will have rp in the strike pad. However the pad must be the smooth maroon colored type. Not the kind that have the little strike lines ===== it must be a solid maroon/brownish strike pad.

As for the pills, why not post all the ingredients that are contained in them. I'm sure someone here can help you out, if I cannot.

well my first message was pretty blunt and u pointed it out to swiv to put it in BAD IDEAS .. so hence Swiv deleted it pretty quick haha.

smooth maroon coloured? .. sure thing.. well the "generic" brand over hear are called redheads and they are rough as hell with a lot of sand from the looks of things. Atleast swiv knows now to stay clear of those. Im sure we have camel brand here but if not, I have definately seen the type you are talking about.

as for pill ingredients swiv is sure they are all covered in the techniques found on rhodium etc. just thought id throw in the question anyways !

swiv has read alot of posts by morgan and he seems to know his shit .. also being here in australia id guess he would know the actual names of ingredients in question.

ie. we dont get red devil lye .. and that is a chemical discussed ALOT in certain articles :P although theres plenty of brands of NaOH

no need to worry though swiv is pretty downpact with the ideas discussed. Swiv just wanna try and avoid mistakes as much as possible. Then again its all in the process of learning, right?

im from perth,,theres another writer in the forum but its up to him wether he chooses to announce himself,,he redphos/iodine whereas i ammonia/sodium metal,,,,so he may be better placed to advise you,,but here goes,,your chemical solvents are manufactured by "Diggers" and there names are the same as the yanks--except cyclohexane which we call shellite,,,there red devil lye is our caustic soda(sodium hydroxide98%)and is sold in 500gram plastic tubs manufactured by diggers,,,epsom salts is in the soil additive section of most hardwares,,any other queries just ask,,,,,matches, redheads have phosphorous but theyve only dotted there striker pads unlike years ago when it was a full purple striker pad,,so in laymans terms redheads have lowered the red/phos content by 70%,,,,try FAL in balcatta, they sell fold over leaf matches(remember the old time ones that have a flap you tuck in to cover the matches) by the 1000pk box ,,these are easy to clean and give a good result,,,,,i can soon give you the aussi formula for fixing sudafed60mg,,this same formula will clean Logicin sinus tablets60mg,,homebrand sinus tablets60mg,,chemists own sinus tablet60mg,,leave the others alone if you can,,and leave all 30mg content pills alone--and NEVER buy any pills with antihistamine, paracetomol or codiene in them,,,any other help you need just ask, ill be only to happy to help

I am about to conjure up some meth. Using "Codral Cold And Flu" tablets. The main ingreiedient in them is Psuedoephidrine (or however you spell it) Which is the only thing i could find to buy which had Psuedoephidrine in it. Then i went on a mad search in my house and found some pills called "Sudafed" which also has a main ingredient of psueoephidrine in it. They are from 1997, but i think theyre fine.... ha ha ha ha. i'll tell you how it goes... I am from Perth in Aus!! woy a coincidence eh?

yeah i think swim has hacked to death all the info on rhodium. well atleast now Swim has got something to work on, acquiring Iodine the australian way!

swim uses these and gets a good return of rp these are the smooth strike pads not the dotted ones check them out for yourself

yeh swiv knows how to birch but getting precursors is hard if you dont have the contacts. buying large bottles of ammonia from BOC is something swiv doesnt wanna try .. future .. a possibility.

swiv wants a basic synth to start .. i think RP/I is the way to go

hypophos is the way i would personaly go .. but swiv has found it hard to obtain and obtaining RP can be done relatively easily .. hypo would be great i tell ya! and swiv is looking into getting it
