is it possible to isolate the phosphorus is super phos the heat to get red phos this is just a stab in the dark? i know that matches etc are the way to go but i would love to know

The red that you're after is used for:

Safety Match, Fire Works, Phosphor Bronze, Phosphides, Flame Retardants, Refining of Metal Castings and Organic Synthesis.

You should do some research my friend. There are many websites where you can read. Reading, is the key to the entire dream. (short of having someone send you detailed instructions) BUT THAT'S NOT HAPPENING
