dude i dont mean to sound like a dickhead but you leave me little choice. the fuckin answers are in this very forum. all you gotta do is start at the top reading the threads and keep goin back untill you get what you want. not only will you find the answers you seek but you will gain a wealth of knowledge along the way for your next questions that will be commin soon. and yes i know they are commin soon. i even know what the questions will be so take my word for it. the formula is pretty basic with small variables that will depend on how long you plan on the cook to be. wether your RP is lab grade or from match striker pads. tell ya what since your new ill throw you a bone as well.to get back roughly 3 ounces of end product on a 36 hour cook SWIM would use 160 grams of E 190 grams of I2 crystals 120 grams of RP and 160ml DH2O. if ya wanna cook it 8 hours drop the DH20 back to about 100 to 120 ml. there ya go now read and learn before you ask more questions you have gotten your one freebie. SWIM been up since thursday if anyone wants to double check his math it would be appreciated lol SWIM used his calculater but its no better than the eyes that send input to the brain that controls the fingers that push the buttons. SWIM is in fuckin overdrive lol

evr wanna use a little(little) more iodine and not rid of it through sodium thiosulfate and/or not cooking it so long as to degrade the ephed/meth or methaphedamine?

For 2-3 ounces of Ephedrine, try not focusing on water alone, (.7/1/1.5)-rp,eph,io

at first add 1 ml(water) for EACH gram(eph),

then heat the ephedrine/water to just under about 150-180-degrees fahrenhieght,cool, drop in your rp, and some iodine, not all,cool, then after about 5 ten minutes of constant temp at warm,drop in the rest of it, or not. up to you . continue heating when you like, or stick it in the frerezer or shove it in yor ass or water it down,

whatever just make sure its syrupy after about 20 minutes on the heating element that your using.
