Can you tell me if they are needed for any type of fireworks,bombs, explosives ???

I had visited the oklahoma site where a ryder truck had this compound of ammnitr/diesl ----anyways picking up a peice of concrete from the street the whole place smelt like fucking burnt sulpher.

but I am sure that EVERYBODY and theier
