Can phosphuric acid be changed over to hypophosphuric acid?.and if so what would be added to it and at what ratio?

it can but its hard for the novice chemist hypo was used to develope film and still can be bought for that purpose its better making your own tho...swim would recommend you sticking to the rp/i method or making your own annie gastank recipe both are fairly easy for the novice chemist =)

H3PO4 + C --> H3PO2 + CO2
This is a theoreticall carbon+phosphoric acid reaction, temperatures to make this possible are the next question.
Iam still waiting for tryptamine to give me some ideas for reduction of oxygen in the phosphoric acid compound to yeild hypo-/
