the reflux for a small quantity must it last 36 hours or one can reflux in much less time ???

This is a much debated topic here. Some will swear by the long slow...and others would bet their lives on a short hot cook. If you would read some other threads, there are probably a dozen or more that were done not too long ago. If you're new to it all, longer is better so there is no question that your shit is completely done. Some guys know when it's done by what it looks like, what it's doing, what the smells are. They've obviously more experience than Switrd. Gotta's done a mess of threads in regard to your question. But like I said
