Depending on the application you are substituting hypo, for rP you can sometime sometimes not, hypo cannot aklways be used in place of rp depending on your application.

The match's here are easily obtained by the case, 42 buxs a case, but the tincture is what is not so easy to come by, there is one store locally that has it, a feed n seed store. But one does not like to make alot of appearances in there often, They must be hip to whats going on, started off at 10 buxs a pint, then a couple weeks later went to 16 buxs for the same pint, less than a month after that it shot up to 21 buxs, but I know this old guy that walk in and it rings 21 buxs, {square looking kinda ole guy) they hit another key on the cash register and he gets it for the 9.99 that it was going for. So you tell me whats the deal with that.

BTW there 2500 books of match's per case

How do you get the hypophos? Where I'm from, it doesn't exist. Unless I'm missing something.

sam--

It sure would be nice to get matches by the case in the meantime. Here, you gotta go in the drugstore and buy them in boxes of fifty, taking them to the register.

Try this on them, tell them you own a bar and would like for them to order you a couple of cases if they were ever so kind to do that for you, or tell them you are having a wedding reception and would like to purchase a case of them.

If you have a friend or family that own a bussiness maybe you can have them order them for you as if it were a bussiness transaction

That's what Switrd did. He simply asked to speak to a manager and politely asked if he could purchase a case of matches for a bar that he works for. That the manager or owner of the bar had sent him out to find a good deal. Also that he would be a frequent buyer if so. He didn't think twice about it. Keep in mind that this was at one of those corner markets, owned by a guy named Singh.

SWIM gos to costco and/or sams club that sells shit in bulk. they only sell em by the case. 20 boxes of fifty books in a case equals 1000 books. do the math. SWIM has never seen em in 2500 count cases. costco and sams club dont ask you shit when you go thru the register. 18 bucks a case. 7 to 10 grams per case.

why tell em anything? one of the 1st tip offs that something is up is when you start offering reasons and excuses. i can promise you the truly innocent guy that is really buying them for a bar or wedding will never ever think of the need to even say that. SWIM is just friendly and pleaseant says no more than if he was buying a case off eggs or case of soda. it is wise however to make other purchases as well. when SWIM gos to the big bulk warehouses he buys all sorts of shit for the shop, house, bullshit for car etc. i wouldnt go to a 10,000 square foot bulk warehouse and buy a case of matches and nothin else lol but would go buy a couple or 3 cases along with some other crap.

best way to handle it is this, before you go in the store make a shopping list have on it your iodine of course and a few other meaningless things you may or may not buy as well. have the list in your hand as you are shopping around. if asked any thing just glance at the list in your hand and say im just pickin this stuff up for my mom/aunt/grandma/old neighbor lady to save her trip or blah blah blah. adapt as your situation/type of store changes. SWIM onetime was in a foul mood and was asked why he needed so much tubing and SWIM replyed: what the fuck difference does it make are you selling tubing here or not, let me talk to the manager. the manager comes over and SWIM repeated above with a few extra expletives. SWIM is kind of a towereing 6 foot 2 255 pound bearded long haired wacked out looking fellow. it was so fuckin funny seeing the looks on there faces as they were sputtering and apologizing. SWIM dont recomend this type of behaviour but man sometimes you just have to. felt great the rest of the day lol

The difference between Hypo- and rP is that

rehd Phosphorous is that phosphorous has been

turned red from heating it in its own vapor,

Phosphorous(white) is a clinical(scientific)

molecule. only it is now changed that it wont react to O2 at room temperature. Hypo-

is a phosphorous compound that consists of

a phosphorous molecule with a single "double"

bond with Oxygen and further more bonded with

1 or 2 oxygen molecules, those molecules have 2 or more hydrogen molecules bonded to the oxygen. So basically you could say that hypo- is a liquid phosphorous (compound)

but really its just Phosphorous, oxygen and hydrogen.

the hypo process is easy.25 grams pseudo mixed with 25 grams iodine crystals then add 25 grams hypo and slowely rotate liquid while reaction is in progress, and do so until reaction has stopped.let cool, add coleman fuel, sprinkle in red devil lye to just bearly cover your cook, place on low heat .soon bubbles will be seen riseing to the top at a rapid pace ,takeing your meth to the fuel.(note-watch for a fog to form on top of your fuel, this is proof that the meth is now in the fuel.)pour into 2-pop bottles and put one of them up,you`ll want it later.now add a little water (amount not important, but you will have to evaporate this so about 30 ml.will do.)now add a drop of murratic acid while watching the line that seporates the fuel and water.if the drop shatters into a hundred pieces add another drop, continue until this line tries to hold the drop. pute top on bottle squeese it a few times remove top squeese bottle to expell excess acid fog from inside bottle.replace top on bottle shake hard for 30 sec. turn upside down and let settle.now crake top while upside down and squeese bottle to force water portionout and into glass plate.evaporate water, scrape crystals ,and do the finest crystal meth that ever was invented

Plating shops, huh. Guess I had better do a google search. As far as the phosphorous acid (which I never knew was on list 1 controlled chemicals) it can no longer be obtained as a OTC product, at least not in the southern half of the US.

That's just what a google search has led me to believe. None of the suppliers deliver down here.

So, what I'd really liker to know is, Where can it be obtained? The legal and saleable issues are known to me. I have dedicated many hours of frustrating research to the topic, with lots of hits, but none tangible. This was true even back in January when it had only been hypothesized for a couple of months and proven possible (by Geez) for a few weeks.

If someone has some actual experience with SWIY efforts on the front lines, it would be great to hear from you.

Alright froggy, paint me a picture. What is a typical scenario for obtaining hypophosphorous for legitimate use, or "fuck em I don't have to have a reason cause its as common as soda" use. Hypo, I am quite sure, would raise a few questions if a big scary looking motherfucker came in asking for it.

So, how does this scene flow?

Now, the phosphorous acid, as we all know, made headlines, so to speak, not too long ago. The lawsuit filed against a fertilizer co. by another forced action and action was taken. It is now safe (hahaha) and legal to purchase phosphorous acid as a single ingredient fertilizer. The problem with this is you need (or at least Swigotta does) relatively pure flakes of the acid for suitability to purpose.

Many words have been written of how difficult to obtain this has become.

Frog, there are many jikkers that are also paranoid, most of them actually. Add in illegal activities near by and you would have to be paranoid.

If you are not paranoid, then it tells us something about you. Either you spend 30-40% of your day sleeping, or you don't have to worry about the cops bustin your door down.

They wouldn't bust the door on one of their own now would they?

I forgot something. As sutt mentioned, connections are the keys to procurement. Of course, that sucks if you're not very social. Oh, well.

that become Forensic scientists, photagraphers/developers,Doctors,and a few other high technology feilds and you have a group of friends that can't find anything BUT hypophosphorous acid. I will assure you I am not an informant. I don't look at it

from the perspective that I'm buying something and I need to watch out for DEA

because hypophosphorous acid is used to make dope see. THis is America d000d. If I can live, why can't I spend some of my american dollars on a phosphorous compound like hypo-

"I can buy hypophosphorous acid no matter what the dea thinks"- ok Gotta say it with me now, "We can buy hypophosphorous acid regardless what other people think." The DEA

coming up to you saying, well we tracked a gallon of hypo to this address, and we'd like to check things out. NEVER WILL HAPPEN******

The dea is only concerned when purchases

of like 30 gallons cross their screens.

if a business orders 30 gallons for plating or whatever, the dea wont even bother looking into it, DUDE!!!!!!!!!!

WIth the Methamphetamine epidemic that is

seen by the dea over and over again, They are waiting for pounds dude, not grams, not ounces, even a 1 lb bag of methamphetamine

will sometimes not flinch an eye of some of these DEA agents. Get a bunch of crooked agents together and -Hello,Gotta,Gutentahg-

"presto" theres more dope where that came from. Never ends, Until Ephedrine,P2P,and several other amines, lysergic acid and other NATURAL things exist,(DUH THIS IS EARTH FOOL)

there will NEVER EVER be a "WON" war on drugs, If you really ask me Id say let the troops stumble in on Bagdad trippin balls

and find quasari or Al queda or whatever.

I know Id be lighten them fuckers up with phosphor shells everytime they peeked over a crumbly concrete wall at me. ---- ok to make a long story short, Order your hypo

from a chemical supplier or Photagraphy chemicals Shop, by the gallon of course.

My grandfather did his own photo-developing and I will probably follow in his footsteps.

Listen man, think of the 4 billion people on Earth. How many out of 4 billion, order hypophosphorous acid and Ephedrine to go to the same addresse. Lots. That is why the dea is always busy harassing people that do their own gun chrome plating or develop their own film at home, and say yeah Fuck Kodak. then they get the whole family saying yeah ......Fuck Kodak and fuck you cause my sister is in a photagraphy class in college and we develop our own film. and thhey just happen to like taking ephedrine for (come on now, I would take ephedrine if I have chest

Hey treefrog, find a single site that sells hypophosphorus acid to CONSUMERS in the us and I will send you $1000.

In the meantime you can easyly make it by mixing 32% hcl and sodium hypophosphite then gently heating off most of the water.

http://www.tulika.com/

this site sells 1 kilo of pseudoephedrine hcl for $60, at 70% yeild thats 700grams of meth 700 x $80 per gram = nice income. Maybe swim will take a lil trip to india, order while there whare its available to consumers, then mail back some suviners for you guys.

Then all you have to do is purchase 3 500 gram lots of sodium hypophosphite [$30 each] from http://www.sciencelab.com/ or any plating store [electroless plating], a gallon of 7% tincture from basicly anywhare, precipitate the iodine xtals with bleach/hcl then find a huge glass rxn vessel and prepare for a gentle 4 hour reflux. Make sure you have the proper permit to manufacture methamphetamine or the government might take away your freedom/manhood.

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

Drug Enforcement Administration

21 CFR Part 1310

[DEA-228A]

RIN 1117-AA66

Chemical Mixtures Containing Listed Forms of Phosphorus

AGENCY: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Justice.

ACTION: Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is soliciting

information on chemical mixtures that contain the list I chemical

phosphorus, which includes red phosphorus, white phosphorus, and

hypophosphorous acid (and its salts) (hereafter referred to as

regulated phosphorus). Specifically, DEA is interested in learning what

products contain regulated phosphorus, and what concentrations of

regulated phosphorus and other chemicals are used in their

formulations. DEA is also interested in how chemical mixtures

containing regulated phosphorus are packaged, distributed and used, and

their availability at the retail level. DEA is seeking this information

to help determine whether there are chemical mixtures (as defined in 21

U.S.C. 802(40)) containing regulated phosphorus that should be exempt

from the regulations governing listed chemicals, pursuant to 21 U.S.C.

802(39)(A)(v). Exempt chemical mixtures are those formulations that

contain any listed chemical, but are not subject to the regulatory

controls of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) that pertain to listed

chemicals because they pose a limited risk of diversion to illicit

channels.

On September 16, 1998, DEA published a Notice of Proposed

Rulemaking in the Federal Register (63 FR 49506) that proposed

regulations to define exempt chemical mixtures. Because regulated

phosphorus was not then a listed chemical, regulations defining

potential exempt chemical mixtures were not proposed. The information

being requested in this Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM)

will be used to help propose regulations to define what chemical

mixtures containing regulated phosphorus may be exempt.

DATES: Written comments must be received on or before April 1, 2003.

ADDRESSES: Comments should be received to the Deputy Assistant

Administrator, Office of Diversion Control, Drug Enforcement

Administration, Washington, DC, 20537, Attention: DEA Federal Register

Representative/CCR.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Frank L. Sapienza, Chief, Drug and

Chemical Evaluation Section, Office of Diversion Control, Drug

Enforcement Administration, Washington, DC 20537; Telephone (202) 307-

7183.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

What Is Phosphorus, How Is It Used, and Which Forms Are Regulated?

Phosphorus is a nonmetallic element that can occur in three main

allotropic (i.e. crystalline) forms (white, red, and black), none of

which have retail uses. White phosphorus, red phosphorus, and

hypophosphrous acid and its salts are list I chemicals. Black

phosphorus is not a regulated form of phosphorus. Phosphorus is used as

a co-reactant, along with iodine or hydriodic acid, in the clandestine

manufacture of the Schedule II controlled substances methamphetamine

and amphetamine.

White phosphorus is the most abundant form of phosphorus produced

industrially. Most other forms of phosphorus and phosphorus chemicals

are produced from white phosphorus, including phosphorus acid,

phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus pentasulfide, and phosphorus

pentoxide. Over 98% of the annual U.S. phosphorus demand is used in the

production of these four compounds, none of which is regulated.

The second crystalline form is red phosphorus. Red phosphorus is

usually prepared as a powder and is more stable and less toxic than the

white form. Industrial uses of red phosphorus include the manufacture

of pyrotechnics, safety matches, phosphoric acid an other phosphorus

compounds, fertilizers, incendiary shells, smoke bombs, tracer bullets,

and pesticides. Red phosphorus is used to produce an ultra-high-purity

phosphorus for application in the electronics industry. A black

crystalline form of phosphorus is also occasionally made and is similar

to graphite in its physical, thermal, and electrical properties. Black

phosphorus is not regulated because it does not have the reactivity

needed for use in clandestine operations.

Hypophosphorus acid (H3PO2) and its salts are

list I chemicals. Hypophosphorus acid is most commonly sold in aqueous

solutions, all of which are regulated as list I chemicals and not

regarded as chemical mixtures. There are no retail uses for this

chemical. Hypophosphorus acid is commonly used by large industry as a

bleaching, color stabilization or decoloring agent for plastics,

synthetic fibers (primarily polyester) and chemicals. Hypophosphorus

acid is also used as a chemical intermediate in organic synthesis and

as a polymerization and polycondensation catalyst. It also has

applications as a reducing agent and as an antioxidant.

Salts of hypophosphorus acid are known as hypophosphite salts.

Examples of these salts include: ammonium hypophosphite, iron

hypophosphite, potassium hypophosphite, manganese hypophosphite, and

sodium hypophosphite. The two most common salts of hypophosphorus acid

are sodium hypophosphite and manganese hypophosphite. The sodium salt

is used primarily in electroless nickel plating. It is also used as a

reducing agent, analytical reagent, polymerization catalyst, polymer

stabilizer, and fire retardant. While the manganese salt is used

primarily in nylon fiber production, it also has application as a

How Did Red Phosphorus, White Phosphorus, and Hypophosphorus Acid (and

Its Salts) Become List I Chemicals?

On September 25, 2000, DEA published a Notice of Proposed

Rulemaking (65 FR 57577) that proposed that red phosphorus, white

phosphorus, and hypophosphorus acid (and its salts) be placed in list I

by amending 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1310.02(a). On October

17, 2001, a Final Rule with request for comments was published in the

Federal Register (66 FR 52670) which amended 21 CFR 1310.02(a) and

placed these chemicals in list I of the CSA. Placing these forms of

phosphorus in list I became necessary because they are used in the

illicit manufacturing of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled

substance.

The CSA requires that all handlers of red phosphorus, white

phosphorus, and hypophosphorus acid (and its salts) must register as

set forth in 21 CFR part 1309 and keep records and file reports as set

forth in 21 CFR part 1310. Until regulations that delineate criteria

and procedures for exempting specific regulated phosphorus-containing

chemical mixtures are finalized, DEA is treating regulated phosphorus-

containing chemical mixtures as being exempt from the chemical

regulatory requirements of the CSA.

Why Is DEA Interested in Learning About Chemical Mixtures Containing

Regulated Phosphorus?

DEA is in the process of establishing regulations that define which

chemical mixtures are exempt from CSA regulatory controls. The CSA

defines the term ``chemical mixture'' as ``a combination of two or more

chemical substances, at least one of which is not a list I chemical or

a list II chemical, except that such term does not include any

combination of a lsit I chemical or a list II chemical that is present

solely as an impurity.'' The CSA further allows exemption of chemical

mixtures ``based on a finding that the mixture is formulated in such a

way that it cannot be easily used in the illicit production of a

controlled substance and that the listed chemical or chemicals

contained in the mixture cannot be readily recovered.''

A notice of proposed rule making (NPRM) regarding the exemption of

chemical mixtures was published in the Federal Register on September

16, 1998 (63 FR 49506). The NPRM proposed regulations to identify if a

chemical mixture is automatically exempt from CSA regulatory controls.

When the NPRM was published, white phosphorus, red phosphorus, and

hypophosphorus acid (and its salts) were not regulated chemicals.

Therefore, regulations addressing the exemption of chemical mixtures

containing regulated phosphorus were not proposed.

The NPRM proposed a concentration limit for each listed chemical.

If a listed chemical is found in a chemical mixture at or below the

concentration limit, the mixture is exempt. Also proposed were

categories of exempt chemical mixtures and an application process. The

application process is a means to exempt chemical mixtures not

automatically exempted by regulation. These approaches were well

received by the regulated industry and may be proposed to identify

exempt chemical mixtures containing regulated phosphorus.

What Is DEA Requesting in This ANPRM?

To propose regulations in line with the above approaches, DEA is

interested in learning about formulations that contain regulated

phosphorus. While some formulations containing regulated phosphorus

have been identified, DEA is not aware of the entire scope of mixtures

containing regulated phosphorus, including how they are used, traded,

and their chemical composition. DEA invites all interested persons to

provide any information on chemical mixtures containing regulated

phosphorus. Both quantitative and qualitative information is requested.

If the concentration of a chemical(s) varies in a formulation, DEA is

interested in the range of concentration. Also of interest is how the

mixtures are packaged, distributed, type of application, and the target

market (e.g., type of industry, availability at retail, Internet

sales). This information will be used to propose regulations to exempt

any chemical mixture that, according to 21 U.S.C. 802(39)(A)(v), is

``formulated in such a way that it cannot be easily used in the illicit

production of a controlled substance and that the listed chemical or

chemicals contained in the mixture cannot be readily recovered.''

Such information may be submitted to the address listed above and

is requested by April 1, 2003. Information designated as confidential

or proprietary will be treated accordingly. The release of confidential

business information that is protected from disclosure under Exemption

4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), is governed by

section 310(c) of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 830(c)) and the Department of

Justice procedures set forth in 28 CFR 16.8.

46, that is most excellent information. A cynic might think their motivation toward deregulating or exempting certain things may actually be cover to get unsuspecting manufacturers to freely submit detailed information to the dea in hopes of gaining less paperwork when selling their product.

The hypothetical plot would reveal that the dea's true intention is to get others to do the work of gathering information for them in order to have a more complete database of procurement techniques and avenues used by the clandestine chemist so as to track them more easily waiting for them to become big enough fish to fry.

Doesn't really sound all that far fetched. This, of course, would paint a picture of a very devious organization committed to punish those who disagree with these types of laws. But hey, they're with the government. They can't be crooked.

Plating search engines searches have left me irrated by the overwhelming amount of saturated commercial sites promoting merchandise that isnt applicable to making illegal drugs (as far as I know.

Uncle Pester suggest us worker bee's purchase "The Electro-Platers Handbook" to easily find outets that let out these types of Precious Metals, Solutions, and electrolytes. What, is this guy Serious? This is not far from the truth, in fact,

When a shitload of cooks get together,

the DEA starts sucking pHaT dick when the cooks blowin fucking holes throgh their laws of restriction of an Element on EARTH.

The fact is They HATE us the free people, and can go blow a goat.
