use methyl alcohol, its alcohol and water, use an epsom salt to dry it out, and u got 95-99% pure alcohol, which evaps at 68degrees C.

Methyl is easily obtained it is the yellow bottle heet used to remove water from gaseline, I hear it's great to use to pull your E from your pills
