hey guys i got some matches that have black strips, muh firend tells me there just heavier n thicker phos and it will still werk to make hydrioatic...is this right?? peace to all the methanphriendsofmine!!

so has neone herd of this?? or seen it in matches??

all matchbook striker pads are RP. some are different colrs ranging from almost black to a dull red to a deep maroon. these different colors are effected by the different clays and fillers used. even tho they may appear black to you after a proper cleaning they will yield RP that is more the color it is supposed to be. SWIM has found that winston and camel matches yield the most RP and cleans up the best.
