Right, I've read most of the methods of extracting iodine from tincture etc, but I think there are probably people out there who've done it a bit more than I have.

So, I've got something which claims to be...

10% Iodine solution, contains I2, KI and Iso-propan-2-ol (IPA). (4ukp / 0.5 litre, OTC)

Give me you're best shot. What's the best way of getting the iodine out?
