I recently recieived this method of cooking..the only problem is it doesnt tell me how much of each ingredient i need.if you can help that would be great.I want to make 1 ounce.

This sudephedrine you write of, i cant say ive ever heard of it before,though i have seen that word used as an abbreviation when refering to the nasal decongestant tablets sudafed manufactured and distributed by warner lambert--if it is sudafed you refer to then many hours of cleaning the pills is required befor any reduction is possible

Lazy, don't take this the wrong way, but when you ask people to help you complete a crime...the word COP comes to mind.

well in theory you would need 60 grams of psuedo. 72 grams of iodine crystals. 60 grams of red phosphorus that should return around 30 grams of shit. all in theory of course. reality may differ who knows. the 3 reagents in the order you listed them is usually 1/1.2/1 in grams
