SWIM will assume most everyone will go with the ghetto method here since flasks arent really a must for push pull tanks and from here describe such as he seen in a book with these directions

CRAP NEEDED:

1. 5 or 6 feet 1/2 inch ID clear tubing

2. two 32 OZ or 64 OZ gatorade or water bottles. (32 OZ are fine for a 100 ML flask)

3. 2 and a 1/2 feet of clear aquarium pump tubing

4. another 1 foot to 18 inch piece of 1/2 inch ID clear tubing

6. some low temp glue sticks and glue gun

7. electrical tape

8. bouncy ballon (not a fuckin condom lol)

CONSTRUCTION:

SWIM will assume you know how to set up the flask end with 1/2 inch ID tubing hooked to the glass nipple coming out of the #10 single hole stopper so will start from there.

take both your lids from the bottles you are going to use for push pull tanks. lay it on something wooden flat with the threads facing you. drill a 1/2 inch hole off to one side (but within the raised lip of the rubber gasket) then drill a 13/64 hole next to it. each hole should have its outside edge just inside that rubber gasket in the cap and have just about 1/4 inch in between them and be straight across from each other.

do this to both lids. push the 1/2 inch ID tubing that will be coming from the flask (the 5 to 6 foot piece)thru the large hole you drilled in 1 of the lids. it will be a bitch to push thru but this setup has to be airtight. SWIM has seen where people cut the end of the tubing at an angle kinda like a hyodermic needle looks, start the tube in the hole and the grab the piece of tubing with pliers and pull it thru. get it thru the lid to where 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of tubing is inside the lid. now take the two and a 1/2 foot piece of air pump tubing push it thru the small hole in the lid to where it reaches to within 1/8 of inch from the bottom of the bottle take the other end and put it thru the small gole in the second lid to where it also reachs within 1/8 inch of the bottom of the second bottle. take the short piece of !/2 inch ID tubing and put it thru the large hole in the second lid. 1/2 to 3/4 inch on inside of lid. your bouncy ballon will be hooked to this piece but not yet as it will just be in the way of the hot gluing and we dont wanna melt a hole in it or create a weakspot from hot glue. fill the 1st bottle 3/4 way with DH2O screw on lid that has the hose the hose from the flask in the large hole. (turn the bottle not the lid makes it easier since hoses are hooked to the lids) make sure its tight TIGHT (dont strip it out lol)

screw the lid on the second bottle as well.

take the hot glue gun and cover the top of the lids with hot glue around where the hoses go in and out to the outside edge of the cap. tape the cap to the bottle with electrical tape. tape the bouncy baloon onto the short piece of 1/2 inch ID tubing coming out of second bottle. now grab the flask end of the tubing suck hard on that end . you should be airtight with no leaks .the bottles should collape about halfway and stay. and your head should feel like it might cave in. dont blow in it cuz it fills the hoses with condensation from your breath and whatever tacos or bullshit you ate for lunch lol there you have it
