need help---my teacher taught me his method but its a bit outdated (2001)....im afraid of all the new binders/fillers...the method he taught me was "methheads" w/ the a/b reaction---this method worked great in 2001 but was wondering if anyone was familar w/ methheads a/b technique and if it will still work at present time---i see so many different techniques and most of them are from 1998 or so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated---- anyone have a favorite pfed exctraction technique theyd share?
