swil needs help with gassing the e/rp/i2 run is understood pretty well(after alot of mess ups)but now swirl doesn't quite know if gassing is done properly.first filer rp out of run then add np solvent to wash (3 times)next add 20%lye solution mix well let sit to release free base extract np solvent add more np solvent to 20% solution shake let sit for hrs. wash first np solvent with dh20 (3 times) then gas with sulfuric acid and salt. does this sound right? also swirl doesn't where to put the hose (1/2 above np solvent or into the solvent?) after gassed should swirl use heatlamp, blow dryer, or slow boil to evaporate or just let it sit overnight? one more thing should swirl filter the solvent after gassing?

sounds good . put the hose into the np. after gased and filtered rinse with dry actone then it will dry faster. filter before gassing well swim does not do this but i think the filter will grab some of your np/meth so i would not do it

Anyone that knows anything about me knows that I don't really know shit about RP/I BUT I didn't know that it was ever gassed out. Is this done often?

Loutre bottom mistress, you can put your hose in the np but just be sure to not get too carried away and get any acid in it.
