Just curious....
Swim sent me to the farm store to buy some first-aid supplies for his horse. While there I found a bottle of this Iodine for $8.95 It's label read that it contained....
Alpha (P nonylphenyl)
Hydroxopoly (Oxyetheyelne)
2.0% Iodine
Titratable iodine.......9.40%
Inert ingred...........90.60%
I've read the hydroxy's and some others are used as blocking agents in some of the pills being used. Now are there blockers in iodine too? I'm thinking they probably wouldn't be the same as the ones used in the pills but....Swim would like some other thoughts on the subject? Thank you in advance!!
please be gentle.....ahahaaha

Re: Just curious....
You may be on to something, and SWIL has wondered several times, How long until they add GAKKs to all the main ingredients?
With iodine tinc, SWIL thinks it would be difficult though, as one will form I2 crystals to reclaim them from the ISO(or whatever is used). The crystals should be a fairly purified product.
Sorry, I don't have anything else to offer up...
