making a nutmeg extract to get myristicin, safrole, and elemicin, etc?
i know there is nutmeg oil you can buy, im just wondering, if i bought a bunch of fresh ground nutmeg, what solvent could I use to extract all the alkaloids like myristicin, safrole, and elemicin? any thoughts?

Those substances are not alkaloids, they are best described as phenols or essential oils. Your best bet would be any type of clean very non-polar solvent.
Note that there is very little elemicin and safrole in nutmeg oil.

I'm not sure what Iceberg wants to acheive?
I got my sassafras oil and froze out the safrole and have converted this into iso-safrole.
Now were do I go from here?
