can i use R12 in substitute for anhydrous and if i can is it the same amount??a friend told me anhydrous is 1 liter to every 4 ounces of ephedrine??1 lithium strip to every 10 grams of ephedrine??need some advice..THANK U for your help and comments beforehand...need any advice u can give me...

no r12 cant be used instead, im not big on the annie method but i believe its 1 strip per 7.5grams (i think, not sure). but i do know you cant substitute r12 for annie. sorry bro

its 7 to 1 AM. and it is like 700 ml of annie to 30 grams of sudo . and no r-12 nor r-22 nor r-134 no freon will work. except

r-7-17 witch is annie.

yep you were your ratios would have worked to . but 10 grams to 1 is to much

Blue ammonia can de made by mixing 2 parts ammonia nitrate (fertilizer), 1 part red devil lye (NaOH) and a little of pure salt (NaCl). take 2 dry tanks (5gl propane tanks) 1st tank is mixing tank. Put a 3/4 x 4 nipple on to top of mixing tank then 3/4 valve- 1" nipple- 1 3/4 tee- then screw 18" piece of pipe onto tee sticking straight up with screw on cap. Off of tee short nipple and 3/4 valve, pipe over from this valve to second tank.

take all dry mixtures from above and put into tank 1. Make sure both valves are OFF. Take cap off of 18" pipe, fill pipe with industrial strength ammonia. While tank 2 is totally submerged in ice open valve 1 and let liquid ammonia drop. let react for 15- 20 minutes. open valve 1 then 2, you will hear vapors go from tank 1 to tank 2. Do this step several times until it stops reacting. You should have pure blue ammonia

that will melt lithium strips when added. This ammonia will eat up the brass valves so try to use stainless steel valves if possible. You will need to replace the brass ones when you hear, or see it leaking. You will smell the vapors leaking from the valves when they need to be replaced. Does not yield a lot of liquid ammonia, but it does work if done right.

thank u agnadi but thats a little bit more of a hassle to do all that when i can just buy a tank of anhydrous with 120 gallons for $$500. dollars not that im going to need all that but they dont deal with anything smaller than that...thank u alll.....

ok AM, just because you are willing to answer here is 25 yrs worth of knowledge(ha ha). 2400- 60's = 144g psedo, 36 - AA bunny strips, 4000 ml annie = 1 gal. to much some say but its worked for swims dreams. if 1 gal seems alot, think, complete li reduction(no unmelted pices) and just a little longer evap time. end results 90 - 105 g everytime. remmember you can not control ALL the conditions every time, so maybe more - maybe less return. that depends on many things, but always treat your dream like it is your newborn, lots of care and attention. the more you dream the same dream the easier it will be. !!!! !!!!!!

Where can you get annie from for $500? Do you have to have a special license?
