I am a newbie, and i only (helped) cook some meth once.. I didn't really know what was goin on. I was really gacked.

If any one would take the time to full explain what i need and how to do it that would cool.

And all I need is a simple/cheap recipe for about 3.5grams (8 ball) Just for a good starter.

please help if you would.

And to answer the main question here.... nobody will answer that here... we all had to research and learn ourselves and so will you. there is no magical cheap and easy synth. it takes a lot of learning time and then a lot of practice.

lordymercy, didn't you read the part where he said he was a NEWBIE. That would probably indicate the strong possibility that he could blow himself up with that lithium recipe.
