question??is there a substitute for red devil lye im down in mexico right..theres nothing like that down here close as i come so far is "harpic desktop" drain cleaner contains %30 sodium hydroxide %20 amonia hydroxide and inorganic salts + h2o

hay dude your in mexico i thought you could get anything down there . dude just go to a chem supply house and ask for pure sodium hydroxide . thay will sell it to you no questions asked

KOH can be used, but it is still not as strong as NaOH.

thanks you bro..s for your info..i thought everything was easy to get down here to but its a little harder than i thought now that they are starting to get hip to some of these things example like "sudafed" u can not buy that unless u have a prescription for it there was a lot of demand in the u.s.a. so they started investigating why???bingo!!!!and that kind of fucked things down here if u know what i mean anywayz thanks again for ur time and help im sure ill find it...as u can see im a new bee and im anxious to have a dream myself..."stay sucker free bros.."

sorry to sound stupid bro..but whats caustic soda..like i said there is drain cleaners but they arent strong enough most drain cleaners that ive seen so far only contain %30 sodium hidroxide i also havent been looking hard enough though cause my pregnant wife and job are consuming most of my time..u know how wifes can be...

Go into any hardware store & ask for caustic soda, they should sell it.
If they ask why you need it (which they won't) say it's cause your sink's blocked.
It's a completly non-suspicious buy. It's 98-99% Sodium Hydroxide (NaOh)
