I once read about a certain procedure had to be done w/120's such as soak in tone so they pop open. Can anyone shed any light on this subject, please? Thanks

The outer shells are very hard, and GAKK filled. They can be cracked with DRY tone, and a wire strainer. Just place the pills in the sieve/strainer, place in a container with dry tone(enough so that the pills are completely submerged). When the "shells" pop open, gently move the strainer around so that the inards of the pills fall freely through the strainer and into the tone. Remove strainer and "shells" easily.

dude lol buy some denat and it will take all that bullshit off for ya..like the wax and crap...also the otherday i had 40 120's and i decided to flake them with water. =) it worked but took awhile and the yield was great i would guesstamate around 15 g's man jus use denat like the rest of us

120's are dry matrix formula. If you use water at any time, you will end up with milk. Trying to get the pfed out of that shit is a nightmare.

40 x .120 = 4.8 grams minus about 30% after you do all the steps to clean em so around 3.something if your good at it

after you do all that... Put the powder in a big shallow pyrex or plate or whatever. cover the powder with acetone, should be about a half inch of acetone above the powder. place a fan blowing across it and allow the acetone to evaporate. when it seems dry, use a heat source (hair drier) to dry it completely. then! peel off the top layer. its all wax! it should peel off easily leaving you with nice waxfree powder underneath. damn near all the wax is removed.

Never seen it done that way, KBK, but SWIL won't argue the fact. He does know the waxy effect of evaporated dirty Tone, as when playing with RP in his younger dayz.

Rather than evaporate, SWIL would suggest lengthy soaks(18 hour plus) in the dry tone, and then carefully decanting the dirty liquid, without disturbing the pill mass. Other NP soaks won't hurt a thing either.

This should leave SWIU with a pill mass, ready for extraction. Either a simple alcohol extract, or an A/B will work in the New-Bees shoes!

If you decide to let it evaporate completely, you can pick up the top layer of wax like a freakin pancake. its pretty fucking nasty to see how much wax is in damn 12 hour pfeds.

first of all denatured alc isnt anhydrous so that wont work and FOR SURE water wouldnt work. it took a while but it worked hey? no it didnt you fuckin liar, there is no possible way that it could have. that shit would have jellied so fast it made your eyes spin. i am willing to bet that you just said that you did this cause there is no way that you did and it turned out even close to ok.

KBK a couple of questions if you dont mind .

first how much powder stays with the wax when you pull it off? and do you break it back down to get the rest of the sudo or is it not worth it ?

Very little powder is attached to the wax layer. If you feel there is significant powder stuck to the bottom of the wax pancake, toss it in your strainer and rub it around. the powder falls through blah blah blah. dont bother breaking down the wax and removing stray sudo, there shouldnt be any need to. follow up with your favorite extraction technique and your left with beautiful pseudo.
