But what is it for, is it to work better on cuts? Can you make a bomb with it? Or something eles?

Boiling H2O2 to 1/10 of its orriginal volume (assuming you have 3%) is used in many peroxides (AP,MEKP,HMTD) it can be done with lower percentages, but 30% will increase yields and make the reaction happen quicker, However this also increases the danger of the reaction. Check out Krimzon Pyro (http://www.krimzonpyro.com/main.shtml) and do a good bit of reading befor you try any of these things. BTW 30% H2O2 attacks your skin prety bad (dont put it on cuts).
