i am making my own website on geocities and i was wondering if i should have a disclaimer? considering my site is going to be pyro related. If so what should i say, something like(for example),

The only reason why people have disclaimers is to cover their ass in the (hopefully nonexistent) problems arising from someone getting hurt or maimed from ideas coming from your website.

Personally, if you think it's a big enough issue to worry about it, I would get professional advice on creating your disclaimer to prevent legal action against you (if it doesnt cover all the bases, whats the point?)

a disclaimer is pointless once yo get on good enough it would be easily dismissed in court so to tell you the truth it is pointless and more or less there for show ..
