Relieving Pressure In Golf Balls...
Hey Guys,
I'm out of beer wigets and It's gonna be a while before I get a chance to get some more of them so I was thinking about using a golf ball.
I've tried the ping-pong method (of course) and I wanna give something else a shot.
But what would be the safest way to de-pressurize it?
I was thinking about putting it in my vice and drilling a hole to break the air lock but I am unsure of the PSI.

Re: Relieving Pressure In Golf Balls...
I have no idea how high the pressure is in golf balls, so I cant really help you out much. I would personally just go with ping pong balls or paper cup sets (assuming you are making cherry bombs or smoke balls) becuase it wouldnt be worth the time messing with golf balls, and last time I was at wal mart the golf balls were expensive compared to other round containers.

Re: Relieving Pressure In Golf Balls...
if money is a problem, go to a driving range, buy a large bucket of balls and take them home. This will only cost about 5-10 bux and u don't need high quality balls for cherry bombs. I would drill ino it, then use some sort of dremel tool to remove most of the resin, fill w/flash, put fuse in and jbweld the hole

Re: Relieving Pressure In Golf Balls...
Ok thanks,
I've already got some golf balls though, some guy down the street golfs and when he thinks a ball is bad, he just tosses em' away.
