My parents dont like fireworks abd wouldnt let me spend alot on them. I only spent 30 dollars and i got alot. If you can, get to a phantom fireworks, you cant miss out on this sale.

yeah except one thing, you arent saving shit, they double the price then slap on a buy one get one free to make it look all better. but really your just buying something you dont want. ide rather have 2 different things than 2 of the same things. i shopped phantom and i was pretty pleased but i also spent 300 so i got like 3 assortments free plus the buy one get one,and i probably still got ripped off. they have festival balls (the kind almost every store has there own brand of) for 16 bux when i could get them for 3 bux. i didnt know they were that expensive when i went there, but then i saw the buy one get on free and thought i was getting a deal and thats exactly what they want you to think.

Devoiced is right, even with buy one get one free you're still paying out your ass compared to what you could be getting those fireworks for.

When you can get these fireworks (http://www.krimzonpyro.com/various/80bux.jpg) for only $80.00 like those guys did, then you're getting a deal. The prices at fireworks store I go to beat the shit out of anything you'll ever see at Phantom, and they STILL don't come anywhere close to getting that shitload of fireworks for $80.00

When I buy my fireworks in Alabama, I always have the option of buying them buy-one-get-one-free or just buying something half price without getting another for free.

I'm on the east coast, so I get mine from Jab's Fireworks in South Carolina, Exit 193 off I-95. They offer cash back if you find the same stuff cheaper at any other fireworks outlet on I-95. Their prices are decent, I got a brick of 500 firecrackers for $.88 cents, for instance.

pretty much anywhere you buy fireworks your paying way more than the store payed for them. next year im buying from www.usfireworks.biz (http://www.usfireworks.biz) , everything there is very cheap. there is a 120 dollar trucking charge but ide still be spending a whole lot less than i would for the same stuff at a fireworks store even with the trucking charge.

Yea I live on the east coast too, in CT actually. Hey, how long does it take you to get down there from where you live? And do you need a ID to get in and purchase fireworks from them? Im only 17 so I don't know if they will let me in or not... usually you have to be 21+.

It takes me about three and a half hours to get down there from where I live, but trust me, it would take you a long ass time. So unless you plan on driving to florida for a vacation anytime soon, I would forget it. Where you are a fireworks outlet in PA would probably be your best bet. In that state they can legally sell all types of Class C fireworks to out of state residents, just not in state residents.

The age to buy all types of Class C in South Carolina is 14 by the way.

Oh wow, 14... lol so if I ever do take a road trip down there I will be all set

And the one in PA, im assuming it is the same kind of age requirment?

And do you know s adress or name of s place in PA that sells them cheap ?

I got a stash of class c's now, but its running kind of low, and I would rather stock up now for next year (only time I can take the trip down is in the summer).

u guys think ur getting a deal? phantom probly jacks up their prices 10fold. www.superiorfireworks.com (http://www.superiorfireworks.com) and go to wholesale. U "have to" buy $1500 bucks worth but that's enough to fill a whole garage from them. THey ship to all states and only ask that you read the disclaimer "by buying these you agree that you have a license..."

I live in VA, and I had my bro go to South of the Border while he was in SC, but he paid liked $9 for a 500 brick of firecrackers, and like $11 for a 75 pack of M-90s. I've been wanting to go to Jab's, though. And I thought it was called Jeb's?

NO, don't assume the age requirements are the same. The age to purchase fireworks varies from state to state. In some states the age is as low as 10 (Tennessee) and in other's it's as high as 18 (Minnesota). Sometimes stores have their own sales policies as well, like the local Target here won't even sell you snaps unless you're at least 21. Not all stores follow the rules either, like in SC the minimum saleperson's age is supposed to be 18, but the girl who sold me fireworks at Jab's was not 18, I can tell you that.

I'm not sure of any specific stores in Pennsylvania, never been there, but I know one guy I think over in the PRRT posted about buying a bunch of fireworks from a store right over the border from New York. I know that Ohio also has the same policy of selling fireworks to out of state residents, I imagine most of these stores are along interstates.

Yeah don't EVER go to South of the Border. I'm convinced that Jab's is pretty much your best bet in SC. I think the exact count on the bricks of firecrackers I got was 480, still an awesom deal. They also have an entire wall of various kinds of 6-Packs of bottle rockets, all for $1.00 each.

I haven't been there or anything but they actually have a whole Phantom Fireworks store in CT (i live in the state btw). I saw a huge billboard for it at Bradley Intnl Airport a little while ago...that suprises me since only "safe and sane" pussy fireworks are legal...I bet the store is so gay. If anybody is interested i think it said the store is in New Milford, but don't trust that cuz i have a pretty bad memory...you can probaby check out the PF site.

EDIT: My bad, there are two CT stores. One in Newington and one in West Haven, but by the looks of the website they are just temporary stores: http://www.fireworks.com/locations/select_state.asp?state=CT
