Re: buying magnesium
You can get it as a "Magnesium Firestrarter" at most sporting stores or at Wal-Mart.
If you want larger quanities, than try Ebay.

Re: buying magnesium
my friend found a place where we are getting some but the minimum order is 70 lbs, and it's 99.8% pure. What could we sell it for on ebay per pound?

Re: buying magnesium
Go look around junk yards for magnesium. A lot of car parts and other engine parts are at least 90 percent magnesium, and most of the time the rest is aluminum. They usually sell it really cheap, and if not you can bargain with them and get the price down. At a junk yard you should expect to pay 4-10 dollar per pound of magnesium.
