you know me and my friends make cobs all of the time but the other day we made like five using bottle rocket powder and we did not seal them exept for a little black toape all of theme were fine exept one and one out of five is kind of bad it just made a wisiling sound and i think it shot out of one of the doors of the modle car we put it in we sealed the doors but all of them came of and there was no boom also how can you make cobs louder maybe cutting a smaller fuse hole of tapping loots of tape aroud it well that is it thanks

i think a very good idea is you tell us what rocket powder you used so then we know and we can help you becuase if you don't tell us then we have no way of knowing i think you probably drilled the hole too big or didnt powder your whistle mix well enough next time try sealing your cobs with epoxy putty or epoxy cement and oh by the way really pointless long winded sentences like these are really annoying so next time try using some punctuation that would be really cool thanks

Side fuse it. Meaning plug the end hole, drill a new one in the side. You get 2 flame fronts that make the powder burn in half the time.
