Okay, I understand your point, that you didn't get any credit for doing the work of posting the book here on TOTSE, and it's subsequent upload onto the KDX server. To be perfectly honest, if I wasn't getting credit for something I did, I'd be pretty ticked too. The problem is, though, that unless you stick your name into the thing you just pirated in a read-only fashion (like a watermark), that's the nature of the game. People *will* rip you off and say that it is theirs, or do whatever they want with it.

After all, you *did* release it, basically, as public domain. Someone could take your file and put it on, say, Grokster. If you don't want someone to take credit for your work, and you don't have a way to digitally sign the work, then don't release it.

OK, here is the low down. When King vitamin brought up my site, i didn't know what he was talking about then i remembered. A while ago i needed money, so i told King Vitamin that i had a new pyro site and that he could pay me copying some of the info. But in truth the site wasn't mine, it was some guys, i do not remember whos or what the address is but it was a personal one like geocities.(i think?) So i charged King Vitamin $10 for the book. (he was exaderating when he said $25) he paid me then kept the book for while before posting it on totse. It is his and I's fault. But i do not want something like this come in the way of pyrotechnics. I think we should just try to forget this whole ordeal and go back to laerning, and sharing our knowledge of pyrotechnics.

i did tell King v. about his book being on the server. But i was unaware of his anger, and frusteration. I probably should have told him not to make a big deal just ask who did it or something. I probably made some of the good members of totse seem worse then they really are. (my appologies)

Hey, guys, cool down a bit. Here's an idea:

1. We read, learn, and appreciate the work that King Vitamin has provided us.

2. If we share the document somewhere else, throw King Vitamin's name in there somewhere.

It's like WaReZ'd software... The releaser usually puts their name in there to show they were the ones who provided the service. That and so that it's not as easy for some wannabe "k3w1" to take it and say that they ripped it.

It's a simple matter of respect, people.

So, let's calm down and enjoy the fine literature that King Vitamin has provided us.
